Job summary

Colten Care’s Kingfishers in New Milton, Hampshire, is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant. Working 36 hours per week with alternate weekends, you’ll be supported by our Nursing team 24 hours a day and have access to extensive Learning and Development opportunities.

No prior experience is required; we value your personal qualities and offer induction, paid breaks, and clear career progression within our award-winning, family-owned group.

Qualifications

• Compassion is in your nature; you’re hands-on with residents and help them when needed.
• You don’t need prior care experience; induction and ongoing training are provided from day one.
