Job summary

Unique Senior Care is recruiting Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. Roles include morning, afternoon, or evening shifts with contracted hours up to 30 per week. Mileage is paid, and a DBS Enhanced check is carried out for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, access to a car, and business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support, and encourage wellbeing.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding and dietary needs.
• Support mobility (transfers to chairs/wheelchairs).
• Help with light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Keep accurate care records and daily observations.

Pay: £14.60 per hour / Bank Holiday Rate - £29.20 per hour Hours: Full-time & part-time available (contracted up to 30 hours) Mileage: paid at 35p per mile (HMRC reclaim option)
