Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a dedicated care professional in the UK to provide high-quality personal care and support to service users. The role involves moving and handling in line with care plans, administering medication, and assisting with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and safety.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of UK-based care experience, be reliable and professional, and communicate effectively within a team to follow care plans

• Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing and reporting any concerns
• Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
• Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
