Aria Court Care Home in March, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will support daily living, meals, activities and ensure care plans meet individual needs.

We offer a comprehensive induction, a competitive hourly rate of £14.24 (holiday uplift included), 28 days’ holiday, and progression opportunities with funded apprenticeships in Health & Social Care.

Formación

• Experience in a care position is desirable; qualifications can be supported.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver care in the home, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care.
• Assist residents during meal times to ensure they receive suitable meals.
• Participate in activities to promote person-centred care.
• Attend and complete all training and qualifications (statutory, mandatory and developmental).
