We value each resident and offer funded progression options, including NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care, with a focus on learning and development within a supportive team. This role involves 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for care and putting residents first.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification desirable, with support to achieve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality care to residents with a person-centred approach.
• Support residents during meals and activities to promote wellbeing.
• Assist with and participate in all activities planned within the home.
• Attend and complete all training and mandatory qualifications.
