Aria Court Care Home is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide high-quality resident care within a welcoming environment.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will assist with daily care tasks, participate in activities, and help ensure care plans meet individual needs. The role offers development opportunities through Athena Care Homes, including funded apprenticeships for NVQ levels 2/3 in Health & Social Care.

Formación

• A passion for care – genuinely caring and putting residents first.
• Experience in a care position and NVQ/QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care is desirable; support to achieve qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver care in the home with ongoing assessment and evaluation of residents’ needs.
• Assist residents during meals to ensure suitable options are provided.
• Participate in activities within the home to promote person-centred care.
• Attend and complete all training and qualifications (statutory, mandatory and developmental).
