Prime Life Ltd is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team for maternity cover at Westerlands Care Village, Brough. The home supports 83 residents with age-related conditions, disabilities and dementia, requiring patient and respectful care.

Shifts run 8am–8pm across seven days. Benefits include funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250 per successful hire. Training is provided for new entrants.

Competenze

• Genuine caring nature with a desire to make a difference; prior care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
• Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual needs.
• Role involves dignity, empathy and teamwork in a care setting.

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and getting ready for bed.
• Completing welfare checks during the night to ensure safety.
• Supporting residents to dine and maintain good nutrition and hydration.
• Encouraging residents to mobilize safely with mobility aids and equipment.
