Job summary

Highgate Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join The Belvedere team in Alderley Edge. You will support residents with daily living, maintain dignity, and help create a warm, respectful home environment. This is a permanent, full-time role (33 hours per week) with some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Residents with daily living tasks (washing, toileting, dressing) ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Assist Residents in physical, emotional and spiritual care as needed.
• Monitor Residents with limited mobility and use aids provided.
• Observe and report changes in Residents' wellbeing and behaviour.
• Support social activities and engagement for Residents.
