Job summary

Avon Search is recruiting on behalf of a domiciliary care provider in Abergele for Community Care Assistants. The role empowers carers to support clients at home, maintaining independence and dignity. No prior care experience is required—full induction, comprehensive training, and a one-week shadowing programme are provided.

Shifts run 7:30am–1:30pm and 4:00pm–9:00pm with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Excellent pay rates, travel time compensation, and mileage allowances support a rewarding,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility and daily living tasks and medication per care plans.
• Prepare meals and encourage nutrition and hydration.
• Undertake light household duties and provide companionship.
• Support clients to attend appointments and stay connected with the community.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to senior staff.
