Responsibilities

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents.
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing support to residents where necessary.
• Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system.
• Serving food and drinks to residents and promoting social dining experiences.
• Developing relationships with relatives to understand their needs and assist in personal care.
