Job summary

Brentwood Care Centre is seeking Health Care Assistants to join our friendly team. We provide nursing, residential and dementia care for older people in a welcoming, purpose-built environment.

You will assist residents with personal care, support mobility, and participate in activities that stimulate both body and mind. We offer ongoing training, a defined career pathway, and extensive benefits through Perkbox and our pension scheme.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and feeding.
• Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities for residents.
• Taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of the residents.
• Being aware of care plans and any specialist support needs.
• Assisting residents with mobility and providing support as needed.
