Domiciliary Care Assistants Wanted - Join Our Compassionate, Hardworking Team

Location: Swindon and Surrounding area

Rate: £13.63ph + 36p mileage

Available hours: Full time with Alternate weekends (or one day each weekend), a mix of 7:00 AM - 15:00 PM or 15:00 PM - 23:00 PM shifts

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live independently and with dignity in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing personal care with sensitivity
2. Assisting with medication
3. Preparing meals
4. Supporting with light housekeeping
5. Ensuring a safe, clean environment
6. Offering companionship and encouraging engagement in daily routines and activities
7. Reporting any health concerns or changes to senior staff

To Qualify, You Must:

1. Hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
2. Have at least 1 year's experience in a care assistant role
3. Be a driver with a Full UK License & access to your own vehicle
4. Be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week, including Alternate weekends
5. Available for a mix of 7:00 AM - 15:00 PM or 15:00 PM - 23:00 PM shifts
