Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care (Adult) Required in Eastleigh

We are recruiting for a team of carers to work with our client, a remarkable young lady with a zest for life who lives with her family. Our client has Myotonic Dystrophy (MD) and requires ongoing support throughout the day and night. She is non-verbal and uses Makaton to communicate. She is still determined to return to college in the future.

Responsibilities include delivering person-centred care in line with a personalized care plan tailored to the client's needs. You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who provide guidance to ensure high standards of care and professional development.

Experience Required:

• PEG
• Ventilation
