Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant at Fulford Care & Nursing Home in Littlehampton to provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents. Full training is provided, no prior experience required, and you will join a compassionate team delivering person-centred care.

The role includes medication assistance, building relationships, and engaging residents in activities to enhance well-being. Shifts include days and nights, with weekend alternating coverage.

Qualifications

• No experience needed, full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
