Job summary

Agincare Group in Leeds is hiring Care Assistants to join our expanding team. You’ll provide compassionate personal care, support with daily activities, and help residents feel valued, safe and engaged.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll benefit from funded training up to QCF Level 5, flexible day and night shifts, and an opportunity to grow with a nationwide provider.

Qualifications

• No experience required—full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
