ESP Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support elderly residents in residential and nursing home settings. You will assist with daily living tasks, safety and independence, and provide care aligned with individual care plans.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 6 months UK-based care experience in the last 3 years.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not provided.
• DBS and references checks will be required.
• Ability to follow home policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support with residents' activities of daily living.
• Review and contribute to individual care plans.
• Report to senior healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Accurately document observations, updates and progress.
