Job summary

Quantum Care's Courtland Lodge Care Home in Watford is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join the welcoming team, supporting residents with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring dignity, comfort and companionship.

This role offers flexible hours, bank contracts, weekend pay enhancements and excellent training from day one, with DBS check, uniform and pension benefits. You will join a 60-bed home in a quiet, well-connected residential area with supportive staff.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting, as well as assisting with meals, hydration and nutritional care.

• Building positive and professional relationships with residents, families and colleagues
• Follow individual personalised care plans
• Working as a part of a team to deliver high quality of person-centred care
