Connected Health is seeking a Care Assistant in Cookstown to support clients in their own homes. No prior experience required as accredited training and ongoing development are provided.

You will deliver personal care, respect dignity, and work flexible full-time or part-time shifts. A valid driving licence and access to your own car are required;earnings up to £14.10 per hour plus mileage and a generous sign-on bonus after 3 months.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to your own car.
• Available to work alternative weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and daily living support in line with each service user's individual care plan, preferences and needs.
• Respect service users' dignity, independence and choices at all times.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Report any changes in a service user's condition or circumstances to the relevant supervisor.
• Follow Connected Health policies, procedures, Health and Safety requirements and on-call guidance.
• Complete all required documentation, including care records and timesheets.
• Attend induction, training, supervision and team meetings as required.
• Maintain and develop knowledge and skills through ongoing training and experience.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Service Manager, following any required training.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
