Connected Health is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in Castlereagh / Newtownbreda, delivering in-home care with accredited training and ongoing development. Prior homecare experience is not required, and a valid driver's licence with own car is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to your own car.
• Available to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support per service user care plan.
• Respect service users’ dignity, independence and choices.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families and healthcare professionals.
• Complete required documentation including care records and timesheets.
• Attend induction, training and meetings as required.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Service Manager.
