Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Care Assistant for Whitnash, Warwickshire. Earn £14.25–£16.35 per hour with flexible shifts and same-day pay.

You will provide essential care to clients, ensuring comfort, safety and well-being while collaborating with healthcare professionals to tailor care to individual needs. Eligible candidates must have UK work eligibility and at least 6 months of care experience in the UK, with experience in personal care and moving and handling.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Minimum 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience must include personal care and moving and handling.
• Registration: England only; Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland require other registrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
