Job summary

Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Inverness to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings. Earn £15.07 to £16.68 per hour with flexible shifts and same-day pay.

You will deliver person-centred care, support daily routines, provide emotional support, and help people maintain independence. Candidates should have at least six months of paid UK care experience, right to work in the UK, and be able to pass enhanced background checks.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
• Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.
