Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions in Swindon is recruiting Community Healthcare Assistants to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes on set shifts with day and night packages available. You stay with one client to ensure consistency and build relationships, with flexible ad hoc shifts offered.

Responsibilities include personal care, moving and handling, medication administration and supporting with clinical needs where trained.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care in the UK).
• Hold the right to work in the UK.

• Personal care and support: Assisting with daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing
