Job summary

Connected Health Group Limited is hiring a Care Assistant in Newtownards. No prior experience required; accredited training and ongoing development are provided. You will work in clients’ own homes, delivering compassionate care and support, while building a career in homecare.

Competitive pay up to £14.10 per hour with full-time and part-time shifts available, plus a £200 sign-on bonus after 3 months. Driver’s licence and own car are required. Apply today to join a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to your own car.
• Must be available to work alternative weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support in line with each service user’s care plan.
• Respect service users’ dignity, independence and choices.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Report changes in a service user’s condition to the supervisor.
• Follow Connected Health policies, Health and Safety requirements and on-call guidance.
• Complete all documentation, including care records and timesheets.
• Attend induction, training, and team meetings; maintain knowledge through training and experience.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Service Manager.
