Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care that supports independence and respects residents’ choices. You’ll join a team committed to high care standards, guided by our Brave, Caring and Responsible values, and you’ll contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace.

From day one you’ll help residents with daily living, document changes, and support nutrition, activities, and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' behaviour, documenting per regulations.
• Support nutrition and hydration according to each care plan.
• Provide stimulation through social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with requirements.
