Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant to join our warm and supportive care home environment in the United Kingdom. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents stay independent and engaged in meaningful activities.

You will work as part of a dedicated team, uphold health and safety standards, document care plans, and support residents with nutrition and hydration. Previous care experience or Health and Social Care qualifications are welcome.

Qualifications

• Care experience or Health and Social Care qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document residents' behaviour changes per legislation.
• Support nutrition and hydration according to care plan.
• Provide social and recreational stimulation to residents.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
