Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant at Pendean House Care Home, West Lavington, Midhurst. You will provide person‑centred care, support independence, and help residents live a life they truly love.

The role offers a 44-hour contract and an hourly pay rate of £12.75–£13.75, dependent on experience. You’ll be part of a team guided by Bupa values and a commitment to high standards of care.

Job Description: Care Assistant Pendean House Care Home, Off Oaklands Lane, West Lavington, Midhurst, GU29 0ES £12.75 - £13.75 per hour dependent on experience 44 Hour Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
