Job summary

PA Services For You in Crawley and surrounding areas is seeking Care Assistants / Support Workers / Personal Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centred in-home care. Earn from £14.01 per hour with enhanced weekend and night rates, working with adults with complex needs to support independence and quality of life.

You will build lasting relationships, follow care plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care, support work, healthcare or a similar role.
• A compassionate and patient approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport.
• The right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
• DBS Update Service registration is not essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities
• Providing personal care and practical support where required
• Assisting with mobility and moving and handling
