Job summary

Parador Group is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant in Hook, Hampshire to support a gentleman in his 40s to live independently at home. The role offers part-time weekends and full-time day/night options with a permanent contract and set rota.

You’ll learn under a Registered Nurse, building a trusting relationship and helping him maintain dignity, independence and comfort. Training is provided to handle complex health needs.

HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT LOCATION: HOOK, HAMPSHIRE

Salary: £14.32 per hour

Job Type: Part Time Weekends / Full time Days and Nights | Permanent Role

The Role:

We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and compassionate female support worker to support a gentleman in his 40s to live independently in his own home. This is not just a job — it’s an opportunity to build a meaningful connection and improve someone’s quality of life.

Conditions include:

• Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
• Dystonic Right Foot
• Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS)
• Epilepsy
• Chronic Prostatitis
• Gastrointestinal complications related to EDS
• Urological issues
