Cera is hiring Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Yate. We offer part-time and full-time permanent positions, with days and nights and no previous experience required.

You will support residents with daily tasks, meals and personal care in a self-contained living space within the unit. We provide extensive training, a DBS/PVG if needed, a company mobile, and a full benefits package including pension, uniform and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping others; caring experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternate weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with varying needs to live independently.
• Assist with housework, getting up, meals, and personal care.
• Provide companionship, encouragement and a listening ear.
