Job summary

Nobilis Care is seeking a compassionate Community Care Assistant to provide person-centred home care in local communities. You will support with meals, medications and daily tasks while offering companionship and practical help to promote wellbeing.

The role emphasises flexible part-time evenings and weekends with training and shadowing provided, plus opportunities to gain NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care. Prior transport and UK work rights are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required—full training and shadowing provided.
• UK driver’s licence and own car

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time Evenings & Weekends
• Evenings & Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
• Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
