Job summary

Nobilis Care is seeking Community Care Assistants to provide person-centred home care in your local area. You’ll support with meals, medications and daily tasks, and offer companionship to clients in their own homes.

You’ll receive full training with shadowing and a flexible part-time schedule for evenings and weekends. The role offers mileage options and ongoing NVQ progression.”

Key Information

• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed - full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time Evenings & Weekends
• Evenings & Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
• Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
