Job summary

Nobilis Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, is seeking a Community Care Assistant to make a real difference by delivering person-centred home care. The role supports meals, medication, and daily tasks while offering companionship and respect for client independence.

Applicants should be caring, reliable and capable of strong communication. A UK driving licence and own car are preferred, with flexible shifts and guaranteed hours in some rosters.

About The Role

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

Please note: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

• Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
• Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
• Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
• Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
• Mileage Options:
  • Non-Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
  • Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
