Altogether Care is seeking a Care & Support Worker to assist people in their own homes across the Southampton community, helping them stay independent and live life on their own terms. Driving is essential and you’ll travel between visits to deliver high-quality care.

• Morning & evening shifts – full or part-time
• Morning-only shifts – full or part-time
• Evening-only shifts – full or part-time
• Weekend-only positions – mornings and/or evenings

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
