Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to help clients in their own homes across the Southampton area. You will provide personal, physical, and emotional care, support independent living, and travel between visits using your own vehicle.

The role requires driving, a DBS check, and a flexible schedule including every other weekend. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a permanent contract, and opportunities for training, career progression, and wellbeing benefits.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.
