Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide in-home support across the Totton/Southampton area. You will help clients stay independent, travel to visits, and deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

Competitive hourly rates (£13.80–£14.30) with a permanent contract, induction, training, and opportunities for career progression are offered. Driving is essential for this role and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
• Experience in domiciliary/home care is preferred.
• Ability to travel across the Totton/Southampton area to support clients.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
