Altogether Care in Wareham is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to assist clients in their own homes across the community. You will travel throughout the area delivering compassionate personal, physical and emotional care to help people stay independent and confident.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.80–£14.30), permanent contracts, and training, with opportunities for progression. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, along with weekend

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern:

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
