This role involves delivering high‑quality care, including housekeeping, helping residents with appointments and transport, and encouraging participation in activities to support health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous care or support experience preferred.
• Commitment to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
• Ability to work as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and housekeeping across the estate.
• Help residents with appointments and arrange transport.
• Escort residents on visits and assist with shopping as needed.
• Encourage participation in activities to support health and wellbeing.
