McCarthy & Stone are recruiting a Care Assistant to join the team at Corbett Court in Burgess Hill, East Sussex. You will provide high quality care to residents and assist with housekeeping and estate duties, helping them stay active and engaged.

You will earn an hourly rate of £13.26 with potential to add up to £1.30 for evening/weekend hours, and enjoy a range of staff benefits. A friendly, team-focused approach is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in care or support environment preferred.
• Passion for wellbeing and happiness of older people.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.
• QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality care to residents.
• Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the estate.
• Assist residents with activities to support health and wellbeing, booking appointments, arranging transport and escorting where necessary.
• Help residents with shopping and mobility needs.
