Job summary

Dale Care Ltd is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients across County Durham and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required, as a comprehensive training programme including paid shadow shifts and funded NVQ qualifications starts on day one. You will deliver personal care, meal prep, light domestic tasks and companionship.

The role offers flexible shifts (AM/PM), potential weekend work, and paid mileage. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• A full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
• You must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.
