Dale Care Ltd is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support older adults in their own homes across Stockton and surrounding areas. You will follow structured shift patterns, with full training provided and paid shadow shifts to help you settle into a rewarding care career.

No prior experience needed; you will receive comprehensive training and DBS checks are part of the process. Mileage is paid and there are opportunities for progression and NVQ qualifications from day one.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance are essential.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities
