Job summary

Dale Care Ltd is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support to older adults across County Durham. You will follow arota, perform personal care, meal prep, light household tasks, and accompany service users at home.

No prior experience required; full training and paid shadow shifts are provided to help you start a rewarding career in care. DBS checks are part of our normal process.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to older adults.
• Assist with meals and basic cooking.
• Help with light household tasks and shopping.

Pay Rate: £26,130 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
