Dale Care Ltd, a long-established home care provider, is seeking a Home Care Assistant in the Newton Aycliffe area. The role offers flexible shifts, full training, and a structured schedule within a local county.

You will deliver person-centred care to older adults, assist with daily activities, and help maintain independence in their own homes. No previous care experience required as comprehensive training is provided.

Pay Rate: £26,130 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham helping them regain independence in their own homes.

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
