Bluebird Care Market Harborough & Oadby is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant to support our customers at home. You will help with daily living activities, personal care and meal preparation, working either independently or with a supportive team to maintain independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.

The role offers full induction, ongoing expert training, and flexible shift patterns. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to reach clients across Market Harborough & Oadby.

Qualificações

• Requirements listed include: a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Previous experience as a support worker, healthcare assistant, carer or care worker beneficial but not essential
• Kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
