Job summary

Amberley Care Home in Sale, part of CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED, is recruiting a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and provide high quality, person-centred care.

The role includes helping with personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans, and contributing to a safe, happy environment. The position is 44 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with paid DBS pension, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks leave.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop; previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Follow care plans to deliver safe, person-centred care and nutrition monitoring.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm, respectful environment.
