Job summary

Skycare is seeking Healthcare Assistants for day and night shifts in the Doncaster area. This full-time role requires a minimum of 33 hours per week and a DBS check is anticipated as part of the onboarding.

Applicants should have up to 6 months of experience in a similar setting, strong English communication skills, and the ability to follow care plans while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and eating.
• Support healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Help patients with mobility and physical activities as required.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assist with administration of medication under supervision.
