Job summary

Clarence Park Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with complex needs, including advanced dementia and mental health challenges. You will provide safe, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Working closely with the wider team, you will follow care plans and routines, building rapport with residents and responding to changes in behaviour with patience and empathy.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to obtain.
• Previous care or mental health experience is beneficial but not essential.
• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.

Responsibilities
