Job summary

Serenita Care Home in Weston-super-Mare provides specialist complex care in a characterful Victorian residence near the seafront, supporting residents with physical and mental health needs.

As a Support Worker you will help with daily routines, personal care, mobility and meals, following care plans and maintaining a calm, safe and dignified environment. The role uses a two-week rolling rota with DBS, pension and uniform provided, and offers development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience or a relevant qualification is beneficial but not essential.
