Job summary

Home Instead- Folkestone, Hythe and Ashford is seeking caring individuals to support clients in their own homes with daily tasks and companionship. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, light housework, and medication reminders while promoting dignity and independence.

The role focuses on friendly, respectful in-home support, aiming to improve clients’ comfort and quality of life on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Providing respectful personal care, such as helping with washing, showering, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene, while always maintaining dignity and independence.
• Supporting with mobility and helping clients move around their home safely
• Preparing meals, snacks and hot drinks
• Helping with light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable
• Offering companionship, conversation and a friendly face
• Supporting with medication reminders and other health-related tasks where appropriate.
