Home Instead is looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Folkestone and Hythe, Kent.

The morning shift will be 07:00-14:00 and the evening shift is 16:00-21:00. All of our Care Professionals work alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Full driving licence & access to a car.
• Clear English and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and mobility.
• Help with meals or a comforting drink.
• Keep client homes tidy and safe.
• Provide companionship and share stories and laughter.
• Support with some health tasks (training provided).

At Home Instead we are looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Folkestone and Hythe, Kent.

The morning shift will be: 07:00-14:00 and the evening shift is 16:00-21:00 all of our Care Professionals work alternate Weekends.

At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.

You’ll be supporting older adults with things like:

• Personal care and mobility

• Making a meal or a comforting cuppa

• Keeping their home tidy and safe

• Sharing stories, laughter and companionship

• Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided)

No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
