Job summary

People Support Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to support people in their own homes in Llanelli, Wales. You will help individuals maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing by delivering care that respects their needs and daily routines.

Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with washing, dressing and mobility, preparing meals, supporting medication in line with care plans, and maintaining accurate care records with safeguarding in mind.
